Managed IT Services

IT environments designed to be supported — not constantly fixed

We provide Managed IT for schools and organizations that need stable, documented systems. From identity and devices to servers and backups, our team takes ownership of reliability over time.

Local support • Clear ownership • Documentation included

Who It’s For

A better fit for teams that value stability

Managed IT works best when the goal is long-term reliability and predictable operations — not short-term fixes. We partner with organizations that want standards, documentation, and accountability.

We're a great fit for

  • • K–12 school corporations and districts
  • • Small and mid-sized organizations
  • • Hybrid, on-prem, and cloud environments
  • • Teams that want documentation and clear ownership

Not a great fit for

  • • Break/fix-only support with no standards
  • • Environments unwilling to follow baseline security
  • • One-off work with no long-term ownership
  • • “Fix it now, don’t change anything” expectations

Coverage

What we manage and take ownership of

We focus on the systems that keep organizations stable day to day — and we document what we support so there’s clear ownership long term.

Network Environment

Switching, Wi-Fi, VLANs, firewall rules, and monitoring — kept clean, consistent, and supportable.

  • • Configuration standards + documentation
  • • Monitoring and alert response
  • • Troubleshooting and coordination with ISPs

Identity & Access

Account lifecycle, permissions, and access standards across Active Directory and Google Workspace.

  • • Users, groups, policies, and MFA guidance
  • • Provisioning / deprovisioning workflows
  • • Documentation for consistent administration

Devices & Endpoint Management

Staff devices and 1:1 environments managed through policies, patching, and MDM.

  • • JAMF School, Securly, Intune, Chrome Admin
  • • Device policies, compliance, and updates
  • • Enrollment, inventory, and support processes

Virtualization & Core Systems

Practical, supportable infrastructure — with a strong focus on Proxmox for cost-effective virtualization.

  • • VM hosting, resource planning, and maintenance
  • • Patch planning and change control
  • • Documentation for long-term support

Backups & Recovery Oversight

We don’t own your data — but we take responsibility for verifying backups and confirming that restores actually work.

  • • Backup job monitoring and reporting
  • • Periodic restore testing (file-level and system-level where applicable)
  • • Coordination with vendors / storage providers when needed

We focus on environments we can fully understand, document, and support — not one-off fixes or unmanaged systems.

What this isn’t:
We don’t sell “unlimited everything” or promise zero downtime. We focus on building, maintaining, and supporting systems that work reliably — and fixing issues the right way when they arise.

Education Experience

Designed for K–12 environments

We support K–12 environments with large device fleets, limited staff, and little room for downtime. Our approach emphasizes consistency, recoverability, and systems that continue to work even as staff and needs change.

Scalable 1:1 programs

  • • Enrollment, policies, and app deployment
  • • Repair, replacement, and recovery workflows
  • • Clear separation between staff and student devices

Support built around daily operations

  • • Focus on classroom uptime and predictable access
  • • Documentation that survives staff turnover
  • • Clear ownership across platforms and vendors

How We Start

A practical onboarding process

We start by understanding your environment, stabilizing what matters most, and building a supportable baseline.

Step 1
Review

Inventory systems, access, and current pain points.

Step 2
Stabilize

Address critical issues and confirm backups are working.

Step 3
Standardize

Align configs, policies, and documentation to a baseline.

Step 4
Improve

Reduce risk and increase reliability over time.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you support both Microsoft and Google environments?

Yes. We work in Microsoft 365 (Entra ID) and Google Workspace, including hybrid environments with Active Directory.

Do you manage MDM for 1:1 devices?

Yes. We support JAMF School, Securly MDM, Google Admin / Chrome management, and Intune depending on the device fleet.

Do you support Proxmox?

Yes. We support VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox — and often recommend Proxmox where cost efficiency and flexibility matter.

Do you provide backup software?

Not necessarily. We can work with what you have and take responsibility for monitoring, verification, and restore testing.

What does “documentation included” mean?

Diagrams, inventories, standards, and change tracking — the essentials needed for an environment to be supportable long term.

Do you offer project work too?

Yes. Projects and upgrades are commonly part of Managed IT. We scope and quote them clearly, and document outcomes.
